These sessions are up to one hour and centered around real life as it unfolds in your space. We’ll move at your kids’ pace, take our time, and lean into what feels natural—reading books, making a snack, cooking lunch, playing a game, snuggling on the couch, or simply being together. These can be indoor or outdoor (weather pending) or a combination of both.
There’s no pressure for a perfectly clean house or perfectly behaved kids. Whether things feel slow and cozy or loud and energetic, it’s all welcome here. In-home sessions are great for more than just newborns—they’re perfect for families at any stage, maternity, milestones, couples, and anyone wanting photos that feel intimate, relaxed, and personal.

How many photos do you get?
It's hard to put a number on this because it changes so much based on the number of people in the family, poses, timing, participation, etc. At minimum you'll receive 50 edited photos in both color and black and white delivered via online gallery with unlimited downloads. However, the number of photos usually ranges from 60-80 and I never toss great photos! If they are clear, quality, unique photos - they'll be in your gallery.
Will we be taking photos for a whole hour?
Usually no! An hour gives us time to chat, get settles, take breaks, change clothes or diapers, traffic, bathroom breaks, etc. We may not need the whole hour and often kids (and dads) won't make it the whole time. We will try to get lots of the posed shots done at the start and end the session with more playful candids.
Can we bring grandma/nanny/aunt to our session?
Reach out if you'd like to add more people to your session. A fee may be added depending on the number of people.
When do you get your photos back?
My turnaround time is 3 weeks.
